JANE'S REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

NO RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of cannabis edibles being perishable and consumable products, Jane's operates a strict no-returns policy. All sales are final.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to an issue on our side (manufacturing defect, improper packaging, or damage during our handling), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a refund due to damage or defect:

• The complaint must be reported within 12 hours of delivery

• You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect

• Contact us via WhatsApp at +27 69 505 4655 with your order number and photos

Please note: Jane's is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit after the product has been transferred to the delivery partner. Claims for transit damage should be directed to the courier service.

2. UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

In cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION BY JANE'S

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received if:

• Stock is insufficient to fulfill the order

• The quality of goods does not meet our standards

• Legal or regulatory reasons prevent us from completing the sale

In such cases, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind or preference

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Customer unavailability to receive delivery

• Products consumed or partially consumed

• Delayed delivery caused by third-party courier services

• Effects or potency expectations not met (as individual tolerance varies)

• Flavor or taste preferences
